How to prepare for a specialty eye care visit with Dr. Bonakdar.
What to bring
- Current glasses and all contact lenses, including scleral, RGP, soft, or ortho-k lenses.
- Prior topography, tomography, OCT, refraction, or surgical records if available.
- Insurance cards and any referral paperwork requested by your plan.
- A short list of your main vision symptoms, treatment goals, and prior lens problems.
Common visit types
Patients commonly schedule for keratoconus, scleral lens fitting, corneal ectasia, dry eye disease, ortho-k, myopia control, post-LASIK/RK vision problems, and complex second opinions.
